    Actually, I think forks are a contributing factor as well. Why not ban silverware entirely? Make people learn to eat with chopsticks and see how fat they get!

    What this country needs is a national foods database. It could tie everything you buy for consumption to your social security number that can be cross-referenced by the DOJ. This way, if you are purchasing "suspiciously fattening" foods, the government can come and take it away from you ...for your own safety, of course. Also, the government could protect you from giving fattening foods to under-aged people or unlicensed persons who are trying to get fat without the consent of big brother. Only the police should be allowed donuts and fattening foods...
