Life without the first ten amendments.
Would we have freedom of speech? If not where in the Constitution is the Government given the power to restrict, ban or regulate it to be found?
Would we have the right to keep and bear arms? The right to be secure in our persons or homes from unreasonable searches? If you think that without the Bill of Rights we would not have those rights does that mean you believe that our rights do indeed come from the government?
This is the question we should all demand an answer to when the Federal Government does anything.
Where in The Constitution did the people grant the Federal Government the power to do whatever it is they are attempting to do.
The proof that a right exists does not come from the fact that it is in the Constitution, but instead comes from the fact that it isn't in the Constitution.
