It will be interesting to see how this plays out, especially since the Chicago machine actually runs the state.
My wife was born and raised in Springfield, IL but tells me that Chi-Town and those who rule there, make policy for the entire state not the duly elected officials who go to the Capital of Springfield to make laws.
I am hopeful but unless the teeth of that corrupt power mad animal known as Chicago Politics are pulled, it will continue to stifle the people of their Constitutional Rights.

This would be big victory for 2a in Illinois. Hopefully in the future Illinois will start issuing CCW

Good luck Illinois. Hopefully this is a start to the people have spoken in Illinois. Someday I hope politicians understand the people's voice does matter.
