    He probably has to assert such protection after the fact, and if he did that would mean he'd still be working for the people who wanted to get rid of him, hardly a good workplace environment.

    Fortune already did an investigation and found out the whistleblower was the only one who walked guns over the border, without approval from anyone.

    So it's all crap.
