    "Sounds goood!"

Good to see another "Hollywood" type who isn't all smoke and mirrors. The partial-mirrors type is much more tolerable.

"He went on two legs, wore clothes and was a human being, but nevertheless he was in reality a wolf of the Steppes. He had learned a good deal . . . and was a fairly clever fellow. What he had not learned, however, was this: to find contentment in himself and his own life. The cause of this apparently was that at the bottom of his heart he knew all the time (or thought he knew) that he was in reality not a man, but a wolf of the Steppes."

I honestly quite like his advocacy efforts. He tends to focus on anti-poverty issues. Even if I disagree with someone's specific anti-poverty tack, I respect their heart if they roll up their sleeves to actually work on it.
Bark'n and Rock and Glock like this.
Econtalk is a high-quality economics podcast from a distinctly Hayekian perspective. Two recent episodes have been really good: one on the necessity of punishments and another on the efficacy of high-impact charity. I greatly enjoyed them.

He could very well be just doing what the director wants him to do in that movie. I wouldn't prejudge him on that.

Is isn't that you are ignored lol. Those of us who are great are the very people who put seeds of thought into others minds lol. They only think they know something. We are the ones who told them lol.
