Although I am a lifetime member of the NRA, they are not correct on the matter of 2nd Amendment freedom. The current administration is no threat. In fact, conservative republicans are probably more dangerous in this regard. They are the ones who gave us TSA, Homeland security, and "take off your shoes and belt and jacket!".....
indeed, even with a super-majority in the Senate and a majority of the House, NO NEW gun laws were passed or even proposed by the Administration. We should remember that.
and yes, the PATRIOT Act, the Dept. of Homeland Security, the suspension of Habeus Corpus for terror suspects, was all done by the GOP.
