I just don't like his viewpoint on guns and his viewpoints on behavioral control. Other than that, I think he ought to go away. His chief political interests are gun control ............... and his super PAC will advocate for congressional candidates who the mayor believes will moderate national policies on these issues.
"He went on two legs, wore clothes and was a human being, but nevertheless he was in reality a wolf of the Steppes. He had learned a good deal . . . and was a fairly clever fellow. What he had not learned, however, was this: to find contentment in himself and his own life. The cause of this apparently was that at the bottom of his heart he knew all the time (or thought he knew) that he was in reality not a man, but a wolf of the Steppes."
OK, there it is. I don't do well with sentences that have the word "sex" in them!
Money can't buy love ...
but it surely can buy power.
There is a solution but we are not Jedi... not yet.
We have deep thinkers and stinkers in this group that could come up with a solution...
He can waste his money however he wants. Although, I think the people in his city could use it a lot more right now than the advertizing companies he will be forking it over to.
Walk softly ...
Can he be sued for false advertising? Mayors Against Illegal Guns is a lie - they're really against ALL guns. Except, of course, the ones their bodyguards carry.
The only common sense gun legislation was written about 224 years ago.
I carry always not because I go places trouble is likely, but because trouble has a habit of not staying in its assigned zone.
Once he banned 32 oz sodas he lost ALL credibility IMO. So ridiculous. NYC need Giuliani back.
Bloomberg has been an effective manager of NYC especially in terms of education policy and his advocacy of charter schools, but his obsession with intruding into people's freedoms, whether its the RKBA or to consume what they want is beyond the pale. It's ironic that he is in favor of choice in terms of picking a school but not with regard to guns or food
For those wondering how New York Mayor Mike Bloomberg will spend his days after he steps down in 2014, the next three weeks will be a preview: He announced the formation of a super PAC.
They are making a big assumption, that he will steep down. He may just decide he does want to and coerce his way to another term, like he did last time. Or even better, have himself declared King Michael.
Freedom doesn't come free. It is bought and paid for by the lives and blood of our men and women in uniform.

All of this nonsense about not letting people drink 32 ounce sodas and many other personal decisions the govt is getting involved in is a way of controling its people, though it may seem harmless now it will graduate to more serious subjects. They are dying to get guns out of the people's hands. They know as of right now they can't just ban the second amendment so they do things like buy up all the ammo $450,000,000 worth. Fast and furious? ect... There is an underlying reason for this and People need to start to ask questions and expect answers. Its getting scary this new generation of extreme extreme liberalism or socialism. Glad i dont have any kids man, geeze.. Hope things change backward. I personaly hope I never have to hear the word FORWARD again!
Well, we can all relax because Bloomberg announced today that "climate change" (meaning man made of course) and the Hurricane are directly linked.
What a dolt.
