We will have some battles here in Colorado. The Denver and Boulder fruits and nuts are spoiling and contaminating the rest of the state.

The coalition — which includes Colorado Ceasefire, Mayors Against Illegal Guns and Sane Alternatives to the Firearms Epidemic (SAFE Colorado) — is currently narrowing down a list of about 20 proposals.

“I’m definitely going to work with [Hickenlooper] once I get it defined and get all the stakeholders,” added Fields. “I’m going to want him to take a look at it… to see if this is something that they can live with.”
Hm. "All" the stakeholders, eh? These "stakeholders" are only the gun-haters clamoring for restrictions, not the ones who'll have to live with it. One would think that would involve the citizens who are about to be restricted, not merely the gun-hating lobbyists. Typical.

Yep. And make everyone who doesn't comply a felon who then can't legally possess...ANY firearms. These folks are smart, well-organized, well-funded & zealous. Don't sell them short friends, they'll stop at NOTHING to press their agenda forward. Constitution be damned.

'Reps. Rhonda Fields, D-Aurora, and Beth McCann, D-Denver, have taken the lead on the proposed legislation.'

Regardless of the personal loss or other issues they have, here is your enemy! Go get em!

Yes, it should be that personal to take the fight right back to them in the Press and the election box!
