In April, 2000, he was convicted and is now serving a life term..

Why ... he used an unregistered shotgun!
Yes, I recall this case. I'm pretty sure Martin's life sentence was due to a conviction for murder on killing the intruder. This caused such a stink, even in the UK, that he was released early. But to further insult him, the surviving intruder was released from prison before Martin.

It CAN happen anywhere. Will it? That remains to be seen. Will it be completely successful? I doubt it.

Must be ready to die to keep our rights thats how I see it. Im not just talking nonsense behind a computer I mean it, I dont care who has access to this post either.. I believe those who took an oath to uphold the constitution should keep it.

Once they see the people mean business thats when things will change and mabey then they will stop with the scare's every few years. We live in an unstable world and its a real bad time to even talk about disarming the public when we will be cutting military spending. We cant allow them to take any kind of rifle.

Once the rifle is gone, its easier to get the semi handgun

once the semi handgun and hi cap mags are gone , you got my drift... This is not an I thing it is a WE thing.. THe people must come together in huge numbers, like lastnight see that crowd on newyears eve? Thats the kind of number we need to march and do it armed....

    Martin was released in 2003.
