He states there will no winners which is basically true. His article is pretty much a best case scenario. He banks heavily on stating "Tens of millions of Americans will refuse to comply with an order that is clearly a violation of the explicit intent of the Second Amendment. Among the most ardent opposing these measures will be military veterans, active duty servicemen, and local law enforcement officers." I don't believe it's that cut and dry.
What also has to be taken into consideration is through the years "they" have been whittling away at our 2nd amendment rights with a new batch of laws soon to be purposed. It is possible by they time "they" finally decide to come for all the guns there will not be that many left to confiscate. Just saying...........
