Revolution is a Trap!
Any sort of violent action against the liberty of the American people has to be started by those that who would wish to abolish the Republic and bring America into the global system (or any other order) – period. As in poker, a verbal argument or a true fight, whoever throws the first punch loses. It is my belief that the American people are being set up to throw the first punch.

The article makes sense, I don't know about a "trap" but some very good points to think about!

Interesting.
Yes, the nation is being governed by a radical pack of senseless liberal socialists. Yes they are annoying as all get-out.
However, I'm not sure I'm ready to make the leap that they are intentionally that annoying just to provoke us. I think they're just naturally that obnoxious.

Anyone seen as advocating armed revolution and/or insurrection will be seen as inciting exactly that. Hard to avoid, taking such a position. In that sense, IMO the author's absolutely correct.

Well, if the author is to be followed, we have to give up our arms and wait for them to start the genocide that will, at some point, follow. Then, when we have no means of defense or offense, we are to wage a revolution - because only then have they thrown the first punch. I will take all that under advisement.

Remember back before the November elections when people were talking about Obama declaring martial law and also about DHS ammo buy? Now people are talking about revolution if they attempt to grab our guns. If you're into conspiracies, this may all fit together. Declaring martial law may be just what Obama wants in order to get his way. He's all about forcing his way on us "for the greater good" which is detrimental to individual freedom.

It's ironic for a hard-assed, ol' redneck like me to say this, but what about "passive resistance"? It worked for Gandhi tossing the (then) tyrannical British Empire out of India. Yet, without violent insurrection, he handcuffed the British response in the eyes of the world. Suppose, rather than revolution, we let 'em get all prepared for our anticipated armed response...and then we didn't show up? We just universally refused to yield our rights.

If you're refering to Concord, who actually fired the first shot is unknown. But after seeing Jones on Morgan's program (not knowing who Jones was beforehand), I've learned to put him in the ignore catagory.

I'm normally not into conspiracy theories, but I do believe that what Obama is doing to our country is purposely trying to break us down so that he can rebuild along the lines of his socialist beliefs. Think about how military recruits are broken down and then "reprogrammed". This is exactly what is happening within the ranks of the poor, and college students who can't find work and pay off college loans.
Obama is a very smart man. In this case he could allow us to break ourselves by firing the first shots so to speak, and then he has the leverage to make change.

He said he fundamentally wanted to remake America.
