I wish our legislators would read something besides the garbage talking points fed to them by this administration & the propaganda being spread daily by the Lamestream Press. However, the "Biden" commission appears to be unswayed by fact, logic, or the will of the people.

I must say that sadly since he mentioned a belief in God as the creator, people will immediately slam the argument as a zealous religious speech, taking everything out of context.
That worries me a lot about some people today.
No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms.

Laws are restrictive but sometimes necessary to maintain a civil society. Rights are nonrestrictive but are always necessary to maintain a free society.

I love Judge Napolitano. I wish he was a supreme court judge! Our great Constitution was brilliantly crafted. It is timeless. The Founders realized that it was important to state that our rights were inalienable. They are NOT granted privileges.

Posted this on my FB for all my liberal deer saving friends... (they think 10 rds is more than enough to kill a deer and I say its not enough to stop a tyrant bent on taking away my freedoms).

He has very clear reasoning, and understands the history and purpose of the 2A. The same can not be said for most politicians, pundits or talking heads that we see on the TV every day. I would love to thank him for sharing his point of veiw.

What people forget, or do not know, and he actually sights, is that democracy in itself comes from the ideas espoused in Judeo-Christian background, specifically we, being created in the image of God, are thus capable of decision making. Even if taking God out of it the idea is that people are well enough endowed to make their own decisions. Whether people like it or not, democracy comes from a religious background, not solely but it can not be logically denied. Good for the judge.

What surprises me most is that he was on the "NJ" Superior court and still has this truely accurate opinion on 2A.

A very accurate part of the article.

That is how the left operates. Find something in an arguement you can marginilize and vilify then dismiss the arguement based on that instead of the refuting facts
