However, on the bright side, our system of government is based on a testing ground in all 57 states. This way, one state can try something to see if it works or not. I guess California needs to try more gun regulation, like New York, New Jersey and Illinois, to discover that it doesn't work.
Gotta love the Founding Fathers. But why would anyone want to live in those states?

Yee is a tool. He is ChiCom! I actually look forward to them passing the ammo restrictions and bullet button law. The lawsuits will be huge against the state. The only reason the bullet button law did not make it out of Committee last year was because even the idiots in SacOtomatoes realized the lawsuits would cost the state $$$$ big time.
Additionally, the same argument holds on ammo restrictions, and businesses will sue, very sucessfully, against those.
Yes, they may be stupid enough to pass some of these 'laws' but they will not hold water in the long run.
Why are the Black Panthers not out exercising the 2A like they did in 1968 in CA? Which was a key root cause for most of this current day mess................?

As a 'Community Organizer', I guess he was not on the MBA path and math is still not his strong point............. or Geography considering the objective evidence of the video. California thinks they can get away with anything, because of a extremely liberal 6th Circuit Court, if it's challenged. However, the 6th Circuit has been over-turned on these things... it has to be a "record". So, it takes longer to get it legally over-ruled, but it typically does. This one will be , I think, because Heller specifically said .... "can not prohibit common guns used and owned by the public".
I hope someone does a serious legal challenge of it. I don't think it will hold up... at some point... it's obviously an attempt to prevent ownership, and use of the gun (no ammo).
I don't make jokes. I just watch the government and report the facts. --- Will Rogers ---
Chief Justice John Roberts : "I don't see how you can read Heller and not take away from it the notion that the Second Amendment...was extremely important to the framers in their view of what liberty meant."
