Sure. They can't seem to stop spending, so it's your duty as a citizen to step up to the plate to help them stop doing so. Of course, there will likely be some blowback.

Our elected officials need to engage their brain's before opening their mouth's, kinda like putting your car in drive before stepping on the gas. :danceban:
Quoting the article:
Quite frankly, I am getting really, I mean really, tired of the stink coming from NY. My response to Schumer is very simple. Go. To. Hell.Quote:
On Sunday, New York Senator Chuck Schumer asked retailers to take action before Congress. "Today, I'm urging our country's major gun retailers like Walmart and Sports Authority to suspend sales of modern assault-style weapons until Congress is able to fully consider and vote on legislation to curb gun violence," Schumer said.
I restrain myself everytime I go in a gun store.:biggrin2:
OH Chuckie Boy!!
How about CBS asks Apple to restrain its sales of its products. That makes about as much sense as his request of gun stores.
I bet Schumer's security wasn't far away....
Wow. Just amazing what they have had to resort to. I wonder why they do not see the entire picture. That the states with the strictest gun control laws have the worst gun related crime rates.
Be safe!
Yup. Ditto on that.
Schumer was the one who sneered at Suzanna Gratia-Hupp when she made her powerful address to the congress critters, back in the 1990's. He's still got the "His Lordship," holier-than-thou take on things. What's best is what he says is best, irrespective of the constitutionality of it all.
Shall Not Be Infringed, Chuckie boy. Remember those words?
And the plot thickens.
How can people keep re-electing people like him?
This is totally bizarre. Old Chuckie is a total idiot.
You just can't make this stuff up. :haha:
He's such a pretentious Ahole for even asking!
Schumer is definitely a positive for many polititicans..... he makes them look better.
