Yeah because he can redirect people off issues that are vastly more important and the government hasn't come to any kind of agreement on like the budget.
No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms.
    -Thomas Jefferson

Laws are restrictive but sometimes necessary to maintain a civil society. Rights are nonrestrictive but are always necessary to maintain a free society.

As long as the majority of the nation is on the take, they will continue to vote to give up our guns, our liberty, and control over every aspect of all of our lives.

I'm afraid there is truth in what you say. It is harder to take from armed resistors than unarmed ones.

Ain't gonna happen. The mainsteam media is far too enchanted with the modern-day Camelot to demand answers for much of anything.

No, a small portion of the population does (myself included) but the low information voter population doesn't even know what you are talking about.
I'd rather be lucky than good any day

There's nothing that will change someone's moral outlook quicker than cash in large sums.

Majority rule only works if you're also considering individual rights. Because you can't have five wolves and one sheep voting on what to have for supper.

Us when we talk to them:

If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.
