So with that mentality the alchohol brewers and distillers should be liable for DRUNKS!?....How about making car manufacturers liable for any accident deaths or injuries? What a bunch of crazy people we have in this world....what is in the kool-aide that they are drinking? Personally I would rather shoot a good 30.06 with a scope. They are perfect for hunting deer a LONG distance and are a better rifle than the AR15 wannabees.
