We need to get NASCAR in on the process.
Ladies and Gentlemen, protect your weapons and start your engines!
The crowd goes wild!
There is a solution but we are not Jedi... not yet.

Good idea but pick a different kind of race, we don't want 'em going in circles!

He needs to go back to law school, though I doubt he ever was near one.
Legislation like that makes nice headlines and bad law which gets struck down rather quickly.
That is laughable.

He's a liberal.
Anyways, he also fails to recognize the 10th amendment, and the fact that local and state LEOs aren't required to enforce federal laws (I mean, that's the argument they use with immigration, right? Federal thing?)
The only way Hopyards side stands a chance is if they pull the commerce clause bit again by saying "crossing state lines", but then all you have to do is manufacture all in state and the Fed can pound sand as it has no control.

If this goes through I might be packing my bags and heading west, or at least to Texas that is.

The Dumbocrat that got reelected in my district has come out and said he doesn't believe we should have automatic assault rifles which shows how out of touch the dipstick is

Personally, if I was gonna have an automatic rifle, it wouldn't be the shoulder-fired kind. Thank god my baby-killer is only semi-auto, though.
