    Sheriff takes a stand

    Just watched on the news Sheriff of Linn County Oregon sent a letter to Joe Biden saying that his dept well not inforce any laws that infringe on 2a rights of law abiding people in his county

    I'm hearing the same thing from LEOs here in Kentucky. They're risking their political careers, their livelihood & (I would suspect) their pensions to make their unwillingness to participate in this nonsense crystal-clear. What have WE...risked today?

    Linn County is actually the county I went to to get my out of state license. Did some research, found a resonable sheriff with reasonable requirements. Sounds like he is still being very reasonable. I'm glad to say that I have this man's signature in my wallet right now.

    Good sheriff and sheriffs around the country. It's encouraging when a law man takes a stand for what's right. Especially when it costs to go against the grain. Something tells me they will reap their reward in time.

    CORRECT! Jackson County, KY-Sheriff Denny Peyman. He says he will not enforce laws against the 2nd Amendment, and also says he has a 'team' of lawyers ready to step up to help if needed. He says it is a moral obligation.
