You actually want me to say it?

Red Jacket makes the list and HI Point doesn't? Where the justice in that?

Pardon my ignorance, but how in the hell could these guns on this list be illegal in NY, but legal everywhere else in the USofA including The PRK?

    It's simple really...

No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms.

Laws are restrictive but sometimes necessary to maintain a civil society. Rights are nonrestrictive but are always necessary to maintain a free society.

Pride. And prejudice. And daring to think the People won't find out what you're up to, before they're all handcuffed and impotent.

Because the polls for NYC residents have shown that there is little likelihood of viable backlash mattering a damn, and so that those who are attempting these eviscerations of the U.S. Constitution can essentially get away with it. They'll also garner some pretty fat contributions to their next campaigns, as icing on the "cake" they're baking.

God help them when the People find out. They always do. Though, in this case it'll require folks coming to their senses, and that's something they most definitely don't always do.

    Sigh.

Someone about to incur some infraction points is my guess...

I'd edit that post before a Mod does.

FWIW: I thought that was pretty funny...

Kel Tec should ship all KSG shotguns and RFB rifles to New York. I wish every manufacturer would not sell another gun to NY, nor should they let any New York officer Into any armor schools. etc..........NO Parts maker should ever sell another part to a NY police Department.

What would be cool is if all ammo makers shut off all NY LE agencies and any agency that is found supporting New York Agencies.
