NEVER point a gun at something you are not prepared to destroy!

I couldn't make it to Olympia today but reports from lots of friends say there were about 2000 in attendance. local media is trying to paint a racist spin on the rally saying that it was intentional that the rally was over the MLK holiday weekend.

Agree on Oregon. Was pretty well organized. Well over 1,000, although our local news station only said "hundreds"

The Reporter did say that this was one of the most peaceful rallies he has ever attended.

Anyone attend from a state not yet listed/reported??
From the short list of reports so far, it looks like at least 14000 attended. But then, most states aren't yet accounted for.

My reports from WI was all positive however I was told the we do not know how to properly protest. The left has professional protesters and systems and processes for each event. We must better organize. We are at a huge disadvantage anything negative that happens will be all over the media and all of the bad stuff that happens to the occupiers gets a free pass.
thanks for your updates. Next time I will be there and I plan to OC my 45 ( I will keep the rifles at home).

Agreed. Not having a focused agenda, list of topic to cover, facts/figures to present to those needing further info ... without those things, it's hard to keep on track, hard to keep the value high enough to matter. But to the extent good information is passed along to folks needing it, good logic and arguments presented to help folks pass along to others, it's a good thing. Better still, yes, if it were more-highly organized.

Maybe 100-150 in Augusta, Maine... however it was in competition with a very large gun show just a few miles away, where there were thousands of people and the entrance line was way out into the parking lot... wait time to get in was between 1 and 2 hours depending upon arrival time and inside it was elbow-to-elbow.

All news stories I read for the rally in New Mexico say "hundreds" attended. I cannot locate a solid figure.
With a free football game, a volleyball tournament and a gun show all going on at the same time, I think Alabama did alright with about 500.
We had one protester against us with a sign reading, "Moms against madness and for regulation!" Ugh...
BTW: The last speaker asked the crowd to raise their hand if this was the first protest they've ever attended. About half the crowd raised their hand (me included)!
Here's the best sign I saw at our rally:

I'm estimating 200-300 turned out in Lansing. The speakers were decent and there were only a couple of crack-pots around watching for the black helicopters. :)
All in all, it was a good day. Peaceful and focused on the task at hand - communicating with our elected representatives.
Our next rallies need to take place during the work week when the politicians are actually in town. That will get us much better impact.

We had one in North Idaho. Not sure how Boise turnout was. But I think I read there were around 1500 here. There were Idaho state senators and representatives speaking as well as the Oath Keepers.
