Since Franklin Roosevelt took office, only one president has been replaced by another member of the same party, disregarding VPs assuming the office after a death or resignation, and that was Bush Senior being elected after Reagan. Seems the country gets tired of too much of a good thing, regardless of which party it is. Sounds like the clock is ticking for the party currently holding office.

Didn't Obama tell Sarah Brady, when she asked why he hadn't done anything about gun control, and he said it's on his agenda, but he'll have to do it through the back door?

If I remember correctly, he wasn't aware that his mic was still on.

And we already know that Eric Holder does not believe that civilians should own guns (his own words).

Therefore, I truly believe that this administration will attempt a gun grab - by whatever means they can.

It's not just a states issue.

We're talking about the violation of the 2nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

Our Constitution is under threat of attack by our nation's leaders.

Detroit, Gary, Chicago,Cincinnati, Cleveland Dayton, Pittsburgh, KCity, Flint, Saginaw, Indianapolis Washington DC.
These are just places I've seen personally that look as though Beirut has nothing on them.

Second in bold;

Inflation?
Really, gasoline in 1999 was around $1.25 a gallon.
My Home heating is through the roof. My electric bill is huge.
Water bills have almost tripled here in the midwest, and we are sitting on the largest fresh water system in the WORLD.

Third in bold;

We have people losing their jobs and homes and families are torn apart because of it, forcing lots of them to move back in with their parents/ other family members.

Fourth in bold;


The IRS is hiring thousands of new auditors daily.
Multiple police abuses are on the rise daily throughout the country, (sorry Sixto & HotGuns, not you guys)

And you have the audacity to say there is NO COMPARISON?

You sir are a fool of the highest order, if you don't believe the real goal of the gun grabbers is to confiscate our guns. It's even in the bill proposed in the US Senate, that we would not be able to pass our guns 'grand fathered' by the ban, down to our children when we pass away; they would have to be turned in to the government; that is confiscation no matter how you look at it. You should probably also take a good long look at the gun ban passed in the State of New York, which is even stricter than the federal bill introduced in the Senate.

I am a peace loving citizen of this country, but as a career military man I know very well what the costs of our individual freedoms have been through out the history of our nation and I am prepared to stand beside all the other's who have sworn to protect the US Constitution, against the federal government's tyrannical move on the 2nd Amendment. I hope and pray that it doesn't boil down to that. It would create a situation where people are full time citizens and part time freedom fighters. I have no desire to live in a war-torn country, but will stand with those sworn to protect the US Constitution, if and when that time comes, to assure that my Grand Children also enjoy the individual freedoms guaranteed to us by the Bill of Rights.

At that time, I believe the thing that was "Under The Radar" was Operation Fast & Furious. I believe that BO, Holder, Clinton, Napolitano were all in on it and they are all guilty of spilling Officer Brian Terry's blood.
