Got a thinker for yuh, do you think the audience is allowed to carry wherever he is doing this speech? If not, isn't this hypocritical? Support and fight for guns and the right to carry...just not at an NRA speech. Just a random thought. Not bashing my nra brethren

The NRA doesn't but the venues where they hold some events surely can. Depends on the venue and its owners/operators' strictures on attendees, and whether state law allows them such latitude.
Your best weapon is your brain. Don't leave home without it.
Thoughts: Justifiable self defense.
