Hah.. "All Thompson Type" pistols... I guess my single-shot Thompson Contender is a bad gun too!
From what I understand, the list is just the start. There are more regulations that will ban quite a bit more guns.
Umarex UZI rifle... aren't these all .22LR?

my 1911 didnt make the list. not sure to be happy or sad about that o.0
Any sign of the "excluded" list?
My first thought was who cares? I have none of those. Then I read your post.
What's the point of it all if they aren't used in crimes with any significant frequency?
Of course if frequency of use in crimes were a viable criteria, the j frame would be done in.
Terrorism is attacking civilians with intent to set the society in fear, anxiety and terror.
That having been said:
Is it terrorism for one/many/groups whom are civilians to attack tyrannical rights usurpers, terrorists and anyone who doesn't preserve and protect our constitution?
Summa: its not terroristic to fight terrorists, so long as civilians are not harmed or made to fear those whom are protecting American civilians from tyranny and terrorism. Furthermore, is it legal for a civilian to kill/capture terrorists?
The adage "fight evil and you will become evil"
We should ban idiots from holding elected positions.
I didn't say it should be a criteria. It appears, to me, to be a perfect example of how fear and emotion are being used in place of logic to propel a proposal that aims to disarm US citizens of the firearms that would be of most use to them had they the need to defend their liberty.
Just another case of a politician wasting our time and money. How about she puts 1/2 as much effort into solving hunger, homelessness, and the neglected mentally ill people that cover our urban streets.
