After careful consideration, I can neither confirm nor deny that I would take action pertaining to the question at hand. It all depends on what your definition of "would" is.

Would disobeying an unlawful order be illegal?

We should not forget that the spark which ignited the American Revolution was caused by the British attempt to confiscate the firearms of the colonists. -

There you go. That's a job creator. Bigger government too.

I will just say that I will do my best to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States. And that not lost to me the fact that all those politicians trying to destroy the Constitution swore that oath with their hand on a Bible, before God. Shame on those that break that sacred oath.

I am a law abiding kind of guy. If a law to confiscate guns was passed today, by tommorrow afternoon I would have them all piled up high on the curb to make it easier for the goverment lackeys to just pick up and throw in the back of their truck.

Since I would no longer have any guns, I would probably just stack my ammo cans like bricks at the front of my yard by the guns.

If it was hot out, I would offer whoever came to pick up the stuff some ice cold lemonade. If it was cold out I would offer hot chocolate or coffee. I would do whatever I could to assist the gentlemen that were only doing their job.

I know that the powers that be are only trying to keep us safe and that they would never do anything to hurt us. I understand that its for our own good and that of our children. They want us to be a peacable society, so I figure that the least I could do is help them to achieve their goal. Since I am a "team" player, its the right thing to do.

And there are also certain things that you may want to show on your Internet Permanent Record Card anyway.
There ya have it. I should be good to go, right?
