I am impressed.
Oregon does the same thing. There's a specific law that disallows localities from limiting anything related to firearms, as that power is reserved to the state legislature.
Awesome. I've always wondered about those signs. Maybe I should write to some of my local College Station officials and cite this. We have a similar city ordinance that prohibits firearms in parks.
