This poll stinks, I can only click yes once. I have Emailed and sent a letter, next will be a fax and a phone call. The more I see nothing done, the more I'll remind them of their oath.

New Democratic rep in my newly aligned district is for gun control and responded that he hasn't had time to read my form letter from GOA but will. He's a good, smart man so is not a waste of time to attempt to educate him on the true evil of gun control.
Then there's Sens. Feinstein and Boxer. The former informs that we disagree on the issue of gun control.
The latter thanks me for contacting her.

    Just received this back from Rubio on my e-mail;

Thank you for taking the time to contact me. Your correspondence has been received and I welcome the opportunity to address your concerns. Hearing directly from constituents such as yourself is truly an honor, and your input is much appreciated.

Please look for my response in the near future. In an effort to serve you better, please do not duplicate e-mails into the web-form, as it may serve to delay the response to your concerns. If you need immediate assistance with a federal agency, please call (866) 630-7106, toll-free in Florida. Please do not mail materials that require immediate attention to the Washington DC Office. Due to security screenings, postal mail can take up to four weeks to be delivered and will delay our response to your request.

    Sincerely,
    U.S. Senator Marco Rubio

Yes, by every way that's available phone, e-mail and the Ruger web-site. Also started using a web-site called PopVox.

Yes multiple times and if I don't like their answer I write them again to get clarification.

It does make a difference when we get involved with our Local, State and Federal Representatives, I did...

    ---------- Forwarded message ----------
    From: Senator Rick Jones <senrjones@senate.michigan.gov>
    Date: Fri, 25 Jan 2013 09:38:50 -0500
Subject: Re: Defending Second Amendement Rights

Thank you for contacting my office concerning the importance of protecting
Second Amendment rights in regards to recent legislation, especially SB 49,
    60, and 63.

I am proud to announce that all three bills passed out of my first Senate
Judiciary Committee of this new legislative session. These are very
important and pressing issues in regards to defending and protecting our
Second Amendment rights. All these bills will now be heard on the floor of
    the Senate.

SB 49, sponsored by Senator Casperson, would exempt firearms licensing
information from the Freedom of Information Act. We must protect the
identities of responsible firearms owners from becoming targets and not
allow the media to access and publish such sensitive information. We must
ensure what happened to New York handgun owners will not happen to the
    people of Michigan.

SB 60, introduced by Senator Green, will amend an oversight to the handgun
licensure law to revise the legal definition of a federally licensed
firearms dealer to exclude "class" of dealer and simply address all gun
dealers. This would ensure that all dealers, including those that
manufacture firearms (class 07), would be exempt from obtaining a license to
purchase, carry, possess, use, or transport a pistol.

Also in defending Michigan citizens' right to bear arms, I am a cosponsor of
SB 63, the Michigan Firearms Freedom Act. This legislation would prohibit
federal regulation of any firearm, firearm accessory or ammunition
manufactured and sold within the state of Michigan. Not only should we have
the right to make and sell firearms within our borders, but through this
legislation we could attract more manufactures to our state to create jobs
    and spur the economy.

Thank you again for your support defending Second Amendment rights.

    Sincerely,
    Rick Jones

    State Senator

    District 24
