    Good to see some of our elected officials taking a stand to defend the Constitution. The problem is that w are not seeing enough of it. It's truly concerning.

    If firearm regulation is not expressed as a federal function in the Constitution, then that power belongs to the states. But I'm not a USC researcher, so...

    Another representative here in PA - Kathy Rapp - is backing this legislation now. PA House Republican Caucus - Rapp Backs House Bill 357 to Nullify Future Federal Gun Control Laws
