I can retire from the FD in 2018 and the only reason we will still be here is my wife works for the !#@%$ state. Someone leave a light on in AZ or TX for me?
I made the jump from the Land of Steady Habits 10 years ago. Simple economics demanded that I follow the job here, but overall, it's a pretty good place to be. If you're a shooter, it's a great place to be.

I'm an Alabama ex-pat living in Tennessee for the last several years. I hope both states get on board.

I wish WI would do something but they have to pick their fights!
We got a rep gov, senate and house It would be a slam dunk but the lefty judges in Dane County will write an injunction and the issues will got to the Supreme Court and the witch who runs the Supreme Court won't bring it to trial

We're there Spirit! Missouri has a Second Amendement Protection Bill introduced and a Firearms protection bill introduced (states any firearm, accessory, or ammo manufactured in MO is not subject to fed regulation, including registration).
I read this quote from an online paper
While a number of states, including Wyoming, South Carolina, Indiana, and others are looking to go head to head with the feds on specific issues under the 2nd amendment, the Missouri legislation is the strongest introduced anywhere in the country so far.
The article was written on the 16th so saying that it's the strongest so far is encouraging given what I've read of other states' bills. Don't lose hope!
A free people ought not only to be armed and disciplined, but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from any who might attempt to abuse them, which would include their own government. --George Washington

Nebraska can be added to that list. Recently the Nebraska Firearms protection Act was introduced with support from the County Sheriffs Association. Guess we'll see how it goes. I've written everyone I can think of to support the bill.

Double down on this. I know our Governor supported CCW but not sure what his position is here.

We'll leave a light on for you in Texas not only for the pro gun stance...we also do not have state income tax.

Kansas just introduced HB 2199, THE SECOND AMENDMENT PROTECTION ACT. For those residents in Kansas, please contact your state reps and state senators and voice your support for this bill!
