I wonder what legal issues would be involved in standing on the sidewalk out front with cash, and stopping folks with nice looking guns to offer them $100 each?
I suppose if you were doing several purchases, you might want a FFL, but then that might be a good way to get some of them to sell anyway.

I recall hearing stories of people setting up "buyback" competition across the street, LEOs were not amused.
Hate to read the stories about rare, expensive collectibles going down the buyback highway.
Whatever happened to that lawsuit against Patrick Kennedy, he was doing a buyback in violation of law in Massachusetts?
