    "Over the past year the Department of Homeland Security and its various agencies within has purchased several million rounds of hollow point bullets. This is a disturbing development. Think about it, there is a concerted effort to disarm the people and arm the government. Rudimentary history tells us that the 2nd Amendment was not put in place for hunting, but to keep government power in check. The balance is shifting."
