    Gun Bans Create Problems

You think removing guns from Law abiding citizens will create an utopia. Crime will disappear & life will be good. The real world it doesn't work that way. Once guns are removed from law abiding, crime accelerates up. Gun Bans only effect the Law abiding not criminals. After guns were banned in Australia, Armed Robberies were up 69%, Assaults with Guns were up 28%, Murders with Guns were up 19%, & Home Invasions were up 21%. Similar figures were reflected in England's crime. History proves once the Government has a Monopoly on guns, it is bad for the people. Our countries debt including Social Security is 140 Trillion. The people will be defenseless to stop the Government from taxing us out of existence. Dianne Feinstein's Bill bans any gun with a magazine that can be picked up. The History of gun bans, some 56 million people have been killed by their own Governments after confiscation of guns.. If you say it couldn't happen here, Homeland Security has bought over 2 billion bullets for domestic use. Our President has a Death List & has been killing people with Drones in 6 countries with a lot of collateral damage of women & children. With the NDAA, Americans can be disappeared or killed without the proof of wrong doing. So the Gun Ban is not about saving children. The 2nd Amendment in the Bill Of Rights was bestowed (to not be infringed) from our Creator. Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely!

Why are confusing us with facts. We don't want to know the facts. It is for the "safety of the children". (Sarcasm). Yes all of this is absolutly true, but you will not convince the gun grabbers based on these facts. They will use the fact that "suicides by guns in England went down after the ban". But, they won't mention that suicides by other means wwent up the same amount as the gun suicides went down. Selective editing and emotions are the gun grabbers best weapons against the legal possesioin of a firearm.

General rule when citing a source is to know where the source got its data. Second rule is to use a source that is unbiased (or at least acknolowedes a bias). Third, stats can be used in many ways. Without the data that was used for these "stats" in the video you do not know what they mean (rates vs numbers etc). Here is a much more reliable source:
Joyce Lee Malcolm: Two Cautionary Tales of Gun Control - WSJ.com
To what end? While there has been much controversy over the result of the law and buyback, Peter Reuter and Jenny Mouzos, in a 2003 study published by the Brookings Institution, found homicides "continued a modest decline" since 1997. They concluded that the impact of the National Firearms Agreement was "relatively small," with the daily rate of firearms homicides declining 3.2%.

According to their study, the use of handguns rather than long guns (rifles and shotguns) went up sharply, but only one out of 117 gun homicides in the two years following the 1996 National Firearms Agreement used a registered gun. Suicides with firearms went down but suicides by other means went up. They reported "a modest reduction in the severity" of massacres (four or more indiscriminate homicides) in the five years since the government weapons buyback. These involved knives, gas and arson rather than firearms.

In 2008, the Australian Institute of Criminology reported a decrease of 9% in homicides and a one-third decrease in armed robbery since the 1990s, but an increase of over 40% in assaults and 20% in sexual assaults.
The conclude at the end that banning of guns does not do much to lower crime but their numbers are truely different about the increase in crime.
More to the point, the article is written in a respected media (by anti's and pro 2A folks). Written by an author who has many peer reviewed piecse of work. Uses references to draw a conclusion.

Who are the authors of the "you tube video" that was embedded on that web site? Credentials...where did they get thier data....

    Sorry to be nit picky.......
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?”
And I said, “Here am I. Send me!”

I honestly don't believe, that all these facts,or any others, will make one bit of difference to the antis. Not a bit.
