I agree totally, I was just happy to see only 2 C candidates in KY and they were in Louisville, which doesn't really surprise me. The more urban an area gets, the more stupid the politicians. Or so it seems anyway.

I find it interesting that in Arizona, all of the people on the Libertarian ticket scored just as well if not better than the republicans.... Did anyone else see this on their state? I wonder if its just an Arizona thing.

Libertarians by the definition have to score A's or better. I don't think this link will violate the no politics rules since it's only related to the 2A, but this is the libertarian stance on gun ownership. http://www.lp.org/issues/gun-rights.shtml

That should explain why they are scoring as high as the Republicans.

The data bases in use now by both parties can tell them if the 2nd Amendment folks actually vote or just talk. Each registered voter can be keyed by interest groups for special mailings, etc. That is one of the reasons mailing lists, membership lists, sales records, etc. are useful. The list of who actually votes is also public. Nothing will give us more influence than a big turnout by pro-gun types (no matter who you vote for). So make a point of voting. Even a mostly blank ballot will still count you as a voter.

I voted a couple of weeks ago with a mail in ballot since the voting is so heavy here in our area. We had a four pge (two pages, front and back) that took me hours to research and cast my votes. I hate to think what it's going to be like at the polls. No matter, though, we all have a responsibility to vote. Remember, you also have the responsibility to know the issues you are voting on....

I already voted... business travel is not predictable, so I vote by mail most of the time.
