Voluntary disarm.............had my weapon off for 10minutes while casting my vote in the small rural church that is my polling place.
Walked back out to my truck, opened up center console, pulled out Kimber, breathed a sigh of relief as reholstering. Drove the 5 minutes back home.
Simi-rural Flah-Dah is GREAT !!

I live in a one square mile community of a few thousand - It was raining when I decided to walk up to my location. The rain felt good on my face as I was going up to exercise my RIGHT to be heard.
Voter turn out here has been incredibly light so far.
I did not vote until 12:00 NOON (ha-ha High Noon) and at my polling location I was voter #127

Went down and voted at about 1000, And I was really excited this time because there were 4 libertarian candidates to vote for. We're usually lucky to get one. Vote your sport people!
Got mine in this morning in VA. Although for a good reason, still frustrating one of if not the only time I've willingly disarmed for about 10 minutes in the last 6ish months? Darn schools!
After reading about all you having to disarm I'm rather glad that my voting place is in the mall by my house.

Isn't it a law that you can't bring a gun within so many feet of a voting location?
