2A - Md. Senate Passes Gun Control Measure 28-19
CBS Baltamore................
February 28, 2013 5:42 PM
......In marathon sessions, the senate amended and passed the Firearms Safety Act of 2013 28-19.
“You know if you have a gun you’re not going to be happy with the bill,” said Senate President Mike Miller after the vote
.....The bill imposes new licensing fees and regulations, including fingerprinting.
It bans assault-type weapons and magazines with more than 10 rounds.
“The rural areas, they don’t care for this bill at all. In the urban areas think it’s very important for public safety and protection against personal violence,” Miller said.

This is just plain ridiculous. Enough people came out against this bill that they had to close off public comment entirely and they reached fire code limits in the building, with the pro-freedom crowd flowing right out the door. The people in charge of this state shouldn't be allowed to be in charge of a lemonade stand.

Just remember this has nothing to do with what the people want it is about the agenda they are trying to push. Nothing more, nothing less.

One of the state legislators here in WV has already sent a letter to Beretta telling them they can locate their facility here.

MD fell under socialist/communist rule a long time ago. It is only behind NY, IL and CA regarding how far it has fallen. This is the unfortunate evolution that inevitably follows those forms of governance.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, elections have consequences.

They already have these places, and have had them for a long time. The pro's are the ones who have to move. The city-states rule everyone else.

It's a dang shame that so many states believe they can trample the BoR. It's even worse that the Federal government is encouraging them.
The gun grabbers need to pay with their jobs for what they are doing.

Firearms Safety Act?? It should be renamed to the Run and Jump Out A Window If Someone Kicks In Your Front Door Act! These politicians are acting on their own and not doing the work of the people they were elected to represent.

Has anyone noticed that in every instance where gun grabbing legislation is going on that it is the Democrats that are pushing the deal? Your vote definitely counts. Republicans are far from perfect but if you cant see through the Democratic fog then there is no hope.

I'm sure you Maryland folks must feel so incredibly safe. The deadly pastry gun is being dealt with in the same mindless, moronic manner that real firearms are.

These "politicians" are following the lock step of the NWO and these are the measures they are going to put into OUR world to slowly remove firearms from our way of life until,,,,,,,, we see cattle cars looming on the horizon creeping ever closer.
Don't believe me, just start doing the research for yourself.
The info is out there.

We keep calling them stupid, but their agendas continue to become law.

Exactly. Some of them are simply tools for the anti-gun agenda but, even in their ignorance, they are a dangerous tool because of the agenda that guides them.
