I don't think all pastries should be banned, but I can't see a reason why anyone other than police would need a bear claw.

It's worse. Plenty of people walk around with the mentality that this sort of stupidity actually does something beneficial.

If it's got two or more of the following -

    frosting
    nuts
    sprinkles
    fillings (fruit OR creme)
    coconut

    - then it's an "assault doughnut", and no one can honestly explain why our kids "need" them.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I find pastries terrifying! And, letting a child actually play with such a dangerous item is simply outrageous. Somebody needs to pass a law. Does anyone have Diane Feistein's phone number?

Diabetes kills more people than guns. Who NEEDS donuts anyway? Ban all pastries and close the Krispy Kremes and Dunkin Donuts immediately.

It has gotten way beyond anything resembling ridiculous.

Somebody call Bloomberg! I bet that was a high capacity pastry!

Let's see, Bloomberg has already outlawed soft drinks because they are bad for us, once he sees this, he should go after the bakery industry!

You know that bear claw thing sounds really scary... and what about the gluten and nut allergies.

Come to think of it I have a nut allergy reaction being next to people like this ....
