These Sheriffs are very courageous for taking a stand to follow the Constitution. I had to stifle a chuckle at the end of the video when they showed Obama taking his oath of office. He wouldn't know the Constitution if it came up and bit him...well, you know where!

    I am too.

But, sheriffs are elected by the people, locally... And they are responsible to their constituency.

And, since they are close in proximity to those they serve, they know what their people want.

Unlike those in D.C. that don't care what the constituency wants, they know what's good for you. And you'll like it!

My favorite part is Judge Andrew Napolitano's statement that the feds can't force the sheriffs to confiscate weapons. It's not a crime to refuse to cooperate with the feds. It's a matter of discretion to cooperate on the basis of discernment of the Constitutionality of the order.

Excellent post! This is something everyone should see. The Obama led Feds cannot run rough shod over our constitutional rights. The states are our last defense. Regrettably, I live in a state that is more than willing to roll over, splaying their legs in the air, and exposing their soft underbellies in total submission to Obama's edicts. Disgusting, I know.
