    NO! I will not horse-trade a darn thing. Particularly for national reciprocity ("NR").

    1) They have no right to limit mag sizes and limits make no sense anyway;
    2) They can steal back anything they want, including NR;
    3) NR is a pipe-dream in this day and age;
    4) RTC is a state matter; and
    5) They are NOT to be trusted

    You mean take power away from the states while simultaneously removing rights from the people? Yeah, that sounds like a great idea.

    The anti’s idea of compromise is they get what they want and we get nothing in exchange.

    Poll: Would You Agree To This?

    No. My permit is good where I travel. If its not valid I don't need to spend my $ there.

    No and one thing,i can't get an answer for, from any anti.I'm speaking of just me obviously.The worst thing,i have ever been charged for,was a rolling stop at a stop sign,and my dumb self had let my d.l. expire.Yep i went brain dead.So,i want an anti to explain to me,if i want a 100rd mag,what have i done,for someone to say no?.If i want to travel to where ever,same question.Obviously,that goes for any law abiding citizen.I don't ask anymore.Waste of my time.

    By doing this you would be (by default) ceding to the federal government the right to regulate magazine sizes and concealed carry, which is now treated (rightly or wrongly) as a state right.

    The problem here is NOT too little federal involvement (it almost never is). Any federal preemption of any area they don't already control now will be a catastrophic movement in the wrong direction.

    Allowing decisions about abridging our rights to be more insulated from the population directly effected by that abridgement (ANYTHING federal) is almost always a bad move. Federal power should only be a check and balance on abuse of state power and NOTHING MORE in any area that is not an enumerated power. We have moved so far away from this in the past century (incrementally, so without much protest) that I don't believe there is any hope to see the Constitution hit the three century mark in any recognizable form.

    I think the only way national reciprocity would happen would be if they require restrictions making it as hard on everybody as in California, Maryland, New Jersey etc now. That is not want I want... Neither is any mag restrictions
