    Arizona gun proponents launch free gun program

    Don't know if anyone else has seen this, but I think it's terrific.

    If the "Armed Citizen Project" gets any flak about this, they can always say that they are just following the Vice-President's instructions to, "Get a shotgun!".

    I've seen this here in a post before....I think it involved them being denied some guns from a dealer because the dealer didn't like their intent or something. Anyway, it is an interesting concept that is drawing more attention especially now.

    I believe the other program was buying shotguns for poor inner city residents. They gave them away. The problem is that makes them a straw buyer. It should be done by taking the resident to the LGS and pay for the gun for them, not buy it for them. It's different.
