Why the New York City mayorís campaign for gun control isnít helping.
    By John Dickerson|Posted Friday, March 29, 2013

Is Michael Bloomberg helping or hurting his cause? When the New York mayorís organization, Mayorís Against Illegal Guns, launched its $12 million advertising campaign to pressure lawmakers into supporting gun control legislation, the negative reaction from the NRA was predictable, but a week after the launch, the reaction from potential allies has also been cool. Senators and staffers working on bipartisan legislation say that Bloombergís effort to mobilize voters is less effective because it is also energizing gun control opponents. Itís pressuring lawmakers in the wrong way, too. Any legislator targeted by Bloombergís campaign who ultimately supports gun control legislation will look like he or she is being bowled over by a nanny-state mayor who wants to tell their constituents how to live their lives.

Michael Bloomberg?s gun control campaign: The New York City mayor?s fight against gun rights advocates is making it hard for his allies to broker bipartisan legislation. - Slate Magazine

Bloomberg is a complete moron and a textbook example of what a nanny state politician looks like.

There will be more like him if things don't change.

Another approach is to fax your correspondence to them, both of our senators have their DC office fax number on their personal websites.

The concept that anyone would oppose his 'honor' completely escapes him. He is a dictator, tyrant wanna-be. He is not used to people standing up to him - he expects to steamroll everyone with his money, slick marketing and when necessary, intimidation. This guy is a real piece of work work cut directly out of the Stalin, Castro mold.

K.I.B.O.S.H. -- Kicking In Bloomberg's Overtly Smarmy Honor (until it humps up between his shoulders, if you ask me).

Time to put the kibosh on "his honor" and his anti-constitution, liberty-hating push to destroy the liberty of the rest of us, the peons, the folks who hired him to assist in our own governance. You know, his employers, his superiors, those he reports to. Us.

CONTINUE TO CALL/WRITE YOUR REPS, in DC and your state. People are beginning to see all this crap for what it is, instead of simply for what it's claimed to be by the perpetrators.

AFAIK, Bloomberg doesn't have any legal authority here in Louisiana, so I'd say he's just a simple "troublemaker" that ought to keep his mayor authority where he belongs........between the New York City limit signs.

However I do get a kick out of telling my buddies, "Hey are ya'll gonna turn in your guns to Bloomberg". Boy does that question generate some foul language! I agree I think he's motivating the gun owners quite nicely.

Turn the election's in 2014 to a "2A Revolution". It will serve as a 1994 refresher not to "infringe" on our Second Amendment. We know who they are now.........SEND 'EM HOME. Our success in this will be proportional to how hard we work to make it happen.

I hope come 2014, we vote out all of the anti's lock, stock and barrel. That is the only message that needs to be sent. It happened the last time, but the pols all forgot. It has to happen again. Bloomberg should be first on the list, followed by his buddy Cuomo.

Between Holder, Bloomberg, and Biden, Obama should be doing plenty of facepalms.
