It's all your fault! And mine... (Merged)

... And that CLOWN La Pierre...

We are the ones that CAUSED all these restrictions on guns and mags.
All we want is whackos, and criminals to buy guns, guns, and more gosh darned guns.

That's what Connecticut's Governor says, anyway.

This act would play poorly a bit further inland.

"People are welcome to stay in our state as long as they're producing a product that can be sold in the United States legally," Malloy said.
-He forgot to include the footnote listing all the states that they could not sell to.

The CT Governor must think the Founding Fathers were court jesters. "Shall not be infringed" seems pretty simple and straight forward...unless you're a liberal.

i read that earlier.I'm pretty sure, there won't be anything, the anti gun officials, says or tries to pass, that will shock me.I don't know,if they are just grandstanding, completely ignorant about firearms or both.I do know, esp.,since Sandy Hook, they have said, some of the most ignorant things,i've ever heard.I thought they were adults. Then the senseless laws they have passed,or trying to.All the laws the Conn gov, signed, because,Lanza, took a gun that wasn't his.

"What this is about is the ability of the gun industry to sell as many guns to as many people as possible even if they're deranged, even if they're mentally ill, even if they have a criminal background," Malloy said. "They don't care. They want to sell guns."

Wow. Classic argument from ignorance and an ad hominem all in one breath.

Such an assertion is not even deserving of a response.

Our people deserve better from their elected officials. Unfortunately we keep reelecting them.

Hmm...when are these law makers going to pass restrictions on shooting people? After all, if we make it illegal, people will stop, right?

    Oh, wait....

If Colt doesn't leave after the Governor's latest bashing that they don't care, then I don't know what will get them to move. Yes, it will cost Colt money to move, but if they play they're cards right, they will come out ahead. If Colt doesn't move then they have lost my respect and my money. Sure they petitioned hard and I respect them for that, but if they cave now, it was for not.

I hope Colt moves. If not I will have a 1911 for sale.

Why isn't Malloy blaming Ford and General Motors for drunk driving deaths, and holding AAA accountable?

"Wayne reminds me of the clowns at the circus," Malloy said of LaPierre on CNN's "State of the Union." ''They get the most attention and that's what he's paid to do."
If he wants to call anyone clowns malloy and his legislature should look in a mirror, then they may see who the true clowns are. Passing more laws will accomplish nothing except infringe on the rights of the law abiding, criminals do not respect any laws after all that is why we call them criminals.

Typical liberal mentality, can't defend your position with facts, start calling your opponents names.

Because then they'd have to justify such comments.

With firearms, though, it's an easy sell simply because guns scare many folks, guns aren't so widely used on a daily basis as vehicles. With vehicles, the mere idea of restricting personal vehicle use would be a death knell to any political hack going near it. Guns are considered fair game, for the control freaks, irrespective of the fact that no infringement is constitutional.
