    Very informative.
    Clearly brings out the risks of the Toomey/Manchin bill.
    Having lived in NJ for more than a decade, I've seen first-hand the legal risks inherent in these complex transfer laws and regulations.
    One can become a felon without even realizing they did anything wrong.
    It's 'government gotcha'.

    None of these laws effect criminals, and none of these laws may things safer for good citizens.
    All the gov has to do is start enforcing present gun laws...pretty simple.
    The last Blood Moon Tetrad for this millennium starts in April 2014 and ends in September 2015...according to NASA.

    Combined with ceasing criminalizing citizens for enforcing the most-violent ones as well (murder, robbery, rape, kidnapping). The strongest possible "castle" protections everywhere and elimination of all gun-free zones would go a long, long way toward doing just that.
