    New Jersey restricts discussion

The testimony is characterized as heated in the article. I don't feel it was. Maybe a little passionate and very rational. Ridiculous of the committee to escort him out. I guess if you don't like what they say, just don't let them say it.

It's hard to tell if they are applauding because they support him or because the troopers are escorting him out. In NJ it could be either. I hope it is the former not the latter.
Memphis -- No. 2 on the list of most crime ridden cities in America. Working on being No. 1 but we just can't catch Detroit.

That's what you get if you don't follow the approved New Jersey script...they really don't like it when the peasants don't change their behavior quick enough and continue to support the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

When your overlords speak, you dont speak. We are all going to have to learn these rules. and by no means can you raise your voice....

Do you think he'll get a notice from the IRS that they are auditing his last 7 years' tax returns also?

Yes Christie is no conservative Republican. But at least to his credit, he has never claimed to be, and as said as much when pressed. You know what you get with him, unlike a lot of politicians. I don't like some of his decisions, but at least on not hiding the ball I have to respect him.

I could not understand what the councilman said when he interrupted the speaker. I heard the out of order statement but not what prefaced it. In those situations it might be good to bone up on your parlimentary procedure to protect your right to address the council. All minutes are recorded by the secretary and subject to review.
