CT gun owners initiate legal action

    http://www.ccdl.us/images/CCDL/filed...-complaint.pdf

Lawsuit filed against Gov. Malloy and his henchmen, I mean state's attorneys. Nice mix of plaintiffs - an elderly widow, a retired and disabled Navy SEAL, a handicapped woman, a rabbi, two gun-related businesses, and two organizations with a combined membership of about 40,000.

This is the press release describing the suit: http://www.ccdl.us/images/CCDL/press...ay-21-2013.pdf

Meanwhile, the same back-room gang responsible for those ill-crafted laws is at it again, to prevent the release of records related to the Newtown shooting. Once again, hiding behind the cover of "maintaining privacy" for the families of the victims, but no one is buying that - least of all the news media. If it's good public law, then let it be seen in full daylight.
