    To bad the information on that little poster is just false. New Orleans does not have very restrictive gun laws at all but it does have a murder rate about 4 times that of Chicago. The US is not 4th in murder rate, we are way down the list. We are fairly high in the "gun murder" rate but I have never seen why killing someone with a gun or a hatchet is really any different, the person is still dead.
