Dang, was he ugly back then or what?

At least he doesn't wear the open-shirt-to-the-navel look these days. Cuts a nicer "dash" with the cowboy hat, I think.

He was just as cognizant of the progressives, back then, who'd roll their eyes at anyone so "foolish" as to believe guns were a good thing. Toyed with them nicely then, as well, forcing them to see the logical conclusion of their goals.

That was a good inteview. Ted has honed his skills in defining his message in the last 30 years - motor for the better!

Goes to show that not all are Left Brain Progressive Rockers - !!!!!!!! Word!

Back when Letterman was still somewhat tolerable. There were no tears shed when he left home to go to NYC.....

The Nuge used to host the morning show on WRIF radio the week before opening day of rifle deer hunting season here in Detroit. Everyone liked to listen to his war stories about touring but he also devoted a significant amount of time hammering away at the antis. By the end of the week most people were sick about hearing about guns. I can't help but feel we would have all been better off if we would have all listened. I find it humorous that one of his biggest detractors is currently awaiting the arrival of his Michigan CPL. Think I'll have to bring up the good old days next time we get together and see how he reconciles his previous stance with his current.

Don't matter when you're a musician and rich to boot.

When I was young I loved Nugent for his music, now I am old and love him for his defense of the 2A.

I would rather live my life as if there is a God,
And die to find out there isn't, than live my life
As if there isn't, and die to find out there is.
    God Bless
