In my many years I have come to a conclusion that one useless man is a shame, two is a law firm and three or more is a congress. -- John Adams
If you think health care is expensive now, wait until you see what it costs when it's free! -- P.J. O'Rourke
I dont even understand that nonsense. Who cares about spent shell casings???
This goes way beyond stupid even for DC.
I read this at lunch today. Just made me glad I live in Texas.

Gun control isn't about guns...it's about control. It also makes criminals out of otherwise law abiding citzens.
My response is the same as for NY. Treat the territory like a hostile nation. They're laws are not to be recognized and they are to be dealt with severely.
I have no desire to go to D.C. It's bad enough that I have to drive the 10 or so miles through MD. just to get to the Outer Banks.
D.C., Chicago, NY, KALIF, and others have made themselves enemies of The Republic and to the Constitution of the U.S.
I swore an Oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution before I was sent to 'Nam and swore it again to two other LE agencies before retiring.
Now I am an old Vet, Cop, with a broke spine, an over-trained trainer with a lifetime of experience and little to lose....Someone want to disarm me?..... 'Bring-It-On!'
"Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
Once again proving that DC is full of idiots. At least they give Californians something to look down on.
I don't always have nothing to say, but when I do, I post it on Facebook.
DC "officials" are approaching new lows in their hatred of liberty. As though brass cases are a threat to anyone, anywhere. What, perhaps they're afraid that carrying around an empty case equates to having purloined evidence at the scene of a nearby crime, hence the carrier is a criminal of sorts. Can't imagine what else would prompt them, from a safety standpoint; and, even then, it hardly needs to be a new crime, as they've already got the "messing with evidence" crimes on the books that they're not able to tie folks to anyway. It's not as though they'd be able to tie someone in this case to the case in question (pun fully intended).
DC "officials," you can kiss my ... case, with both lips. Preferably, immediately after I've fired it from my gun. See how the stinging reality suits you, since gross irrationality and liberty hatred seems to be what you've been stuffing yourselves with lately.
This country is going downhill fast!
"All you need for happiness is a good gun, a good horse, and a good wife." - Daniel Boone
If by some chance that most of DC fell into a bottomless sinkhole. I think the country would probably run better.
Recent conversation overheard in city lock-up:
Adam Kokesh: I waved around a loaded shotgun. What're you in for, eh?
New arrival: I had an empty brass case on my rabbit's foot keychain.
Adam Kokesh: Yeah, they'll string you up for most anything, these days. What a world.
Apparently, it really is a District of Columbia... Certainly not a district of THIS country?
Yeah, I got tapatalk, too. So what?
Politicians, take note of Colorado 9/10/2013."You are elected to service, not power.
Your job is to "serve us" not to lord power over us."
