    People seem to forget that robbery by definition is a violent crime. If its not violent, then it is larceny-theft or some other legal classification. According to the FBI's UCR definition robbery is "The unlawful taking or attempted taking of property that is in the immediate possession of another by force or violence and/or by putting the victim in fear." Just an observation, robbery is a violent crime that is used to gain some sort of physical property.

    I know where that store is, its a few blocks from the school my mom works at, in one crappy part of the city. Cincinnati seems to break the record every year for number of murders in the city. At least he was a bad shot.
