I believe if I hadn't had the sense to move out of Maryland I would be burning a Maryland state flag in Annapolis right about now.

Absurd. I'm thankful I live in WA. Although I hear of a proposed AWB. Hopefully that will get shot down before making it to the polls.

Thankfully it's was just the request for a TRO that was denied.... the fat lady hasn't sung, she's not even made it to the stage yet....

Didn't expect any less from a Clinton appointee....

In the meantime the MSP website was full of problems yesterday to get to the HQL application page from what I've heard....similar to the O'care exchanges....

The news is reporting the Maryland gun stores have been booming before the escalation of the new laws coming into play . But they have not said one word about how they are going to make it when the forms and system is not fully known . All it amounts to is make alot of money now and get layed off down the road . LGS will have slim pickens coming up .

As for the content of the OP's post - 'they' get what they asked for (voting and then the politicians put Judges in place that have 'group think' along with their views)............... nuff said on that.

As for not spending any money in MD. I was just out to Dulles (in and out flights) and refused to visit my family in MD because I could not CC. Did not spend a dime in MD.

Rulings such as this will continue until the U.S. Atty. General finally (if ever) decides to enforce constitutional law. That is his only job. Cut off all federal funds and charge the lawmakers and the gov. who signed this into law with denying state citizens their constitutional rights. That would soon end all this circumvention of the laws of the United States. No state should hold sway over the federal laws.

Wow. An upper eastern seaboard state is against guns.

    Unthinkable.

Read the OP's attached news story carefully. The judge in this matter should not have granted the TRO. Her refusal to do so was proper and has nothing to do with whether the new law will eventually be found unconstitutional.

Yah, who needs extraordinary relief when constitutional relief is the goal. Paddle faster! I hear a banjo!

Upstream we merrily go - or is it downstream from Maryland?

Another judge who fails to acknowledge that "shall not be infringed" means exactly that, not "shall instead allow every infringement under the sun." Another who failed constitutional law. Another who is failing us, the citizens. One of thousands of such failures across all of the states.

There is a reason that the University of Maryland's mascot is a turtle
