    Nice.

Problem with this is not that the Senate rejected the treaty... that's good... it's that Kerry signed it in the first place. His signature on it gives credence to the argument that there's something valid to the treaty and when it comes up again in a few years, the question will be "Why are you opposed to it?" It should never have been signed in the first place and rejected.

I find it bizarre that John Kerry could give "credence" to anything.

What Senators and all Congress People should understand is that when they finally leave Wash D.C., they are again amungst us............... as people...................just saying. They have voted themselves above the personal $$chains of Ob^mac^re, but.... (Observation there, not a threat to anyone = assuming they have to come home and eat in the same places we do).

Note: ignore the above if there are special FEMA Protection Camps for former Congress Critters that I am not aware of = then they don't have to care about us.
Socialism Kills! Time proven, with a very large body count! We are a Constitutional Republic....... not a Democracy, get it correct!

If the Treaty has been signed by Obummer or drunk uncle Joe (VP) it is still active for the furture. That means that if we get a shift of power in the Senate and they decide to sign it then it becomes a treaty with the UN. We just need to be sure to keep a strong 2A senate.

You might be right about the dems being in control for some time...but Im having a hard time seeing it.

If the dems had left gun control alone, I would agree with you. As it is they have stirred all of us up, AND WE VOTE!

That's right. Now it can be brought up in congress time and time again. If the antis get enough of a majority sometime in the future we're toast.

Articles of impeachment should be filed immediately against both Kerry and Barry himself. Criminal charges should accompany that for not only violating the Constitution and the individual right to keep arms. To keep them is to own them. Guns are property and no warrant shall issue but upon probable cause. Barry didn’t have authority to hand over the right of the people to INDIVIDUALLY buy and sell property much less engage in a treaty to collect and share who buys and sells what. This treaty is a Trojan horse and to ignore that as a member of government is straight up abdication of duty and a clear violation of oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies foreign AND domestic!
Ironically, Foreign & Domestic Enemies both apply to the Creep in the WH.

He was great on "The Munsters", but like many actors, should stay away from politics.

I don't always have nothing to say, but when I do, I post it on Facebook.
