New Pa Bill HB1812 - Adds Back In Duty To Retreat To Castle Doctrine

Philly PA democrats at it again, trying to add in all sorts of language to section 505 (Use of Force in Self-Protection) & section 507 (Use of Force for the Protection of Property.) that requires a person to retreat if possible (sound familiar) as well as nonsense about not following someone if a peace officer or dispatcher tells them not to.

The criminal class sure does hate SYG. It is their absolute nemesis. Unfortunately we have politicos willing to pander to them.

No one should EVER be expected to retreat from their home. It would be just another 'unconstitutional law', that serves no one and WOULD endanger the community.
Whom would even wish to live ia an area where a man is expected to run out the back door, leaving his wife or other innocents at the mercy of Intruders.
Or a Mother required by law to run out of 'her' home instead of protecting her children, elderly parents, etc.

I REALLY dislike LEOs who forget they are "CIVILIAN CITIZENS" like everyone else and are employed as mere 'Servants' of the people.
Those who attempt to initiate these Restrictions on the legal, unalienable Rights of U.S. Citizens, should be continuously prosecuted for their treasonous behavior.

If they cannot live within the parameters of our Constitution, they should be permanently separated like any other law-breaker.

    What's this, the "Zimmerman" clause?

You can tell a law or regulation is bad when it tries to deter one specific person or act.

What do you expect from Philthy? I'm sure Metcalfe will be working hard against this nonsense.
